Registration
All participants must pre-register before December 7th by filling out the online form (click on "Registration" in the menu above). On the day of Viola Holiday, participants will arrive at 9am to sign in, pay the $10 participant fee and tune. Rehearsal will begin no promptly at 9:15am and will end at 11:45pm to allow families to drive to Plaza Frontenac with time for lunch.
Music
Music Selections will be sent by .PDF within 24 hours of your registration to the email you provided in the registration form. If you do not receive your music after 24 hours, please contact Eliana Haig. Please print out the music and arrange it in the order it prints (single-sided!) in a sturdy 3-ring binder. We will not have time during rehearsal to hunt around for music or fix page turns.
Performance
Performers should arrive at the dress rehearsal location no later than 9am.
Performers should arrive at the concert location no later than 12:30pm for set-up and tuning. Please bring a sturdy music stand and dress festively (red and green or blue and white, santa hats, reindeer antlers, etc.).
Due to parking concerns, there will be a one hour break between the rehearsal and the concert arrival time. However, you may wish to pack a lunch to avoid long lines at the food court.
